This proposal seeks to establish a dialogue between traditional architecture and a contemporary design language. The facade maintains a understated presence facing the street, while the interior unfolds as a series of open spaces that enrich the living experience. The project incorporates patios, terraces, and landscaped areas as elements that connect the home, allowing each space to have a direct relationship with the outdoors. The materials combine stone, wood, and finishes in neutral tones with colorful details inspired by local tradition, creating warm spaces full of character. The proposal demonstrates that it is possible to integrate history, functionality, and contemporary design into a home designed to meet today’s needs without losing the essence of the place.
