Located in Mérida, Yucatán, the project embraces an architectural style with contemporary lines, where functionality and elegance define each space. The design organizes the home across two levels, creating a natural transition between the social and private areas, while the garden and pool serve as an extension of the interior. The selection of materials aims to bring warmth without sacrificing sophistication. Wood-look porcelain tile floors complement the marble-style finishes on the staircase, while the wooden decks on the terrace strengthen the connection to the outdoor spaces. In the kitchen, the contrast between the white granite countertops and the island—made of grayish-green granite—gives the space its identity and makes it the focal point of the home.
