Developed in the city of Mérida, the project stems from the desire to create a contemporary home where the architecture reflects a dynamic lifestyle, prioritizing spaciousness and flexibility of use. The house is arranged over two levels, taking advantage of the lot’s orientation to establish a constant connection between the living areas and the garden. The architectural design is characterized by clean lines and a selection of materials that convey simplicity and warmth. Wood-like finishes, natural stone, and surfaces in neutral tones are complemented by large windows that frame the landscape and allow for a constant visual connection between the interior and exterior.
