Located in the historic center of Mérida, the façade—with its clean lines and horizontal proportions—stands out for its simplicity and use of color, incorporating framed openings that lend rhythm and depth to the overall design.
The architectural design prioritizes thermal comfort through the use of overhangs, strategically placed openings, and a material palette that combines smooth finishes with natural elements such as wood, lending warmth and balance. The incorporation of planters and vegetation reinforces the home’s tropical character, creating small oases that complement the living spaces.
