Casa Haltun is located in the Nuevo Yucatán neighborhood and features a single-story home, as the client—despite being young—was already thinking about his later years. The architecture, with its clean lines, where functionality and comfort guide the design, aims for the least possible maintenance while maximizing spatial quality. Its layout integrates social and private areas through patios and gardens that promote natural light and cross-ventilation. The design employs a understated palette of white paint, natural stone, and wood, creating warm and timeless spaces. The simplicity of its materials, combined with the connection between the interior and the surrounding greenery, results in a fresh and welcoming home.
