This apartment complex takes advantage of its proximity to the beach to create open spaces that promote cross-ventilation, views of the surroundings, and a constant connection between the interior and exterior. The layout is centered around common areas surrounded by greenery, a pool, and terraces, creating pleasant pathways and social spaces for residents. Each apartment was designed to maximize natural light and privacy, incorporating large windows that frame the coastal landscape. The building’s materials draw on elements native to the region through the use of chukum, natural stone, and light-colored walls—materials that provide a sense of freshness, durability, and a sober, contemporary architectural style.
