In Mérida, the commission for Casa BM was to renovate an existing house, giving it a facade and garage with plenty of character, prioritizing privacy while ensuring that the interior felt open and airy. We were also asked to renovate the courtyard by creating a terrace where the family could socialize. The terrace features a bar, a pool, a sun deck, a utility room, and a bathroom. The architecture is expressed through a modern design language with warm and elegant finishes.
