The project is located in the Centro neighborhood of Mérida, and with the aim of minimizing the footprint on the site, it is designed as a two-story home. The design seeks to blend into the urban context of the historic center, creating functional and well-lit spaces that promote natural ventilation and a connection between the interior and exterior. The building’s volume and layout make the most of the lot, creating comfortable, contemporary spaces within the area’s traditional setting.
