Casa Kilich is designed to be a summer beach retreat for a Mexican family. The clients wanted a colonial style but with all the modern amenities. On this small lot, a spacious layout was designed to highlight the views of the pool and gardens. The architectural design was kept to the minimum dimensions allowed by building codes to leave more space for gazing at the sky.
