It stems from the idea of designing a project on a standard lot available on the market for a single person or a couple without children, taking into account the budget they might have at that stage of their lives. As a result, we modified the architectural program by reducing the number of spaces to the bare minimum necessary for a comfortable lifestyle. We decided to use only half of the lot to allow for future growth with fewer constraints.
